PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY - The following is an outline of the lab ordering and fulfillment process.
First, select a Patient Service Center (the lab where your specimen is collected) in your area. You can search by state or zip code using our Lab Locator.
Once you select a Patient Service Center, purchase the desired lab test(s) from our secure website or via telephone. Call us toll free at 1-888-333-8629
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has been processed and a secure email with your lab requisition papers. After printing your lab requisition papers, which is your physician's order, you may proceed to the Patient Service Center of your choice for specimen collection. No appointment is necessary. Please call us if you do not have access to a printer and need the lab requisition papers faxed to you instead. Any special instructions pertaining to your test(s) will also be included in the email.
Once your lab tests are complete (usually within 48 hours after collection), Giovane Medical Lab Services will notify you via email that your lab results are ready to view and provide you with a secure link to view and/or download your results. If your results are abnormal, we advise that you seek professional medical attention.
Orders via telephone may be placed between 9:00AM - 4:30PM (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday.
Online orders placed after 4:00PM (Pacific Standard Time) during weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
