Are the test results accurate?

Yes. All lab tests offered by Giovane Medical Lab Services are fulfilled by an accredited medical diagnostic laboratory

Are the results confidential?
Yes. We will always maintain strict confidentiality regarding your lab results and your personal information. Your physician or insurance company will not receive a copy of your lab results.

Preparing for Your Lab Test

Are there any special instructions I need to follow to prepare for my lab test?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that will list any special instructions pertaining to your test(s), along with your lab requisition number. Instructions may include fasting requirements. Blood tests require that your wear sleeves that roll up easily.

Should I continue to take my medicine before getting my test?

Yes. You should always take medicine that has been prescribed by a physician

Where are my laboratory tests performed?
All specimens are analyzed at a LabCorp reference laboratory with the same state-of-the-art technology and attention to quality that over 250,000 doctors have come to trust.

How do I find a  collection center near me?
Use our Lab Location page to find a location, get a map and obtain driving directions

Will you file an insurance claim for me?
As an online service we do not have a traditional doctor-patient relationship and do not provide CPT codes, diagnosis codes or provider information in order to file insurance claims.

When will I get my test result information?

Test result information will usually be available online within 3-5 business days.

Can my doctor view my results directly?
No. While you can review your results online, we have restricted the online access to you personally; however, you have the opportunity to print a report that you can share with your doctor. Or we can send a copy to your physician on your behalf
